INTRODUCTION

The aim of the course is to provide the basic knowledge and skills for participants to perform the job of an assistant baker.

COURSE SCHEDULE

Course duration of 1 year (3 modules, per module is 17 weeks). Conducted twice a week on weekday evenings, 6.00 pm -10.00 pm

CDAC Sponsored Fee

$ 3,375 ($1,125 x 3)

Fees to be paid by Award Holder

$540 ($180 x 3)

Award holders must achieve at least 75% attendance and sit for all exams. Those who failed to do so would have to refund the sponsored amount of $3,375.

 

CDAC sponsorship is for the course fees.  Trainees must bear additional cost for registration fees, uniform, tools, textbooks at approximately $570.
