INTRODUCTION

This course combines TCM manipulation massage technique theory of meridians & acupoints with the Western kinetic anatomy. It can be applied in prevention of sports injuries. This is a practical program aimed at skills upgrading of the service personnel in the hospitals, hospices, fitness centres, sports therapy centers, rehabilitation centre and the spas.

COURSE CONTENT

Total of 120 hours plus 20 hours practicum

Kinetic Anatomy (38hrs)

Foundation of Massage (30hrs)

Theory of Meridiens & Acupoints (20hrs)

Pre & After Sports Massage Techniques (20hrs)

Technique & Practice of Manipulation (12hrs)

Examination (3hrs)

*Upon successful completion and attainment of

Award holders must achieve at least 75% attendance and sit for the NSRS assessments. Those who failed to do so would have to refund the sponsored amount of $1,350 to CDAC.

Trainees are required to complete a total of 20 hours practicum conducted under supervision, trainees must find their own model for the practicum.

Material Fee & Massage Kit : $50 are to be borne by trainee. In addition, trainee must bear the $150 for the NSRS assessments.
