Introduction -What is a resume? Who needs a resume?
When should I prepare my resume? Winning Tools and Strategies. Where Do I fit In? -Assessing your skills and
abilities and your behavioral types. Marketing Tools - Learn the fundamentals of resume
writing and the importance of highlighting accomplishments. By the end of the
workshop, participants will be able to develop a first draft of their resume. Networking/Getting Organized - 80% of all jobs are
found through networking. At the end of the workshop, participants will be to
able tap into unpublished job markets, identify their networks, prepare a
network script and keeping the network alive and growing. Interviewing - Develop skills to "market"
their accomplishments, communicate effectively, respond to difficult
questions and gain information needed for the next step in the process.
Different interview settings and formats will be discussed and techniques for
