Who can apply?

• Applicant must be Singaporean or Permanent Resident
• Primary 4, 5 or 6 students
• Academic results : Band 3 and below
• Monthly gross per capita income: below $500
• Students must be able to attend the sessions thrice a week

Fees

• $30 a month. (Wavier would be given to families that need financial assistance)
